The objective of the Diabetes Retreat is to facilitate the exchange of research information and discussion among investigators and fellows within UCSF research community. DERC Members, UCSF Faculty/Staff, fellows, and students are welcome to attend. The Diabetes Retreat will be held on OCTOBER 17-18, 2007 at Marconi Conference Center in conjunction with the visit of DERC (Diabetes Endocrinology Research Center) External Advisory Board.

Please be sure to register by SEPTEMBER 15, 2007. Go to http://derc.diabetes.ucsf.edu/EN/registration_form/ to register online.  The Registration Fee is $50 which includes lunch, dinner, breakfast, social hour, and lodging. Lodging is based on first-come/first-serve basis due to limited room capacity.

If you're a UCSF member, you can pay by completing the Recharge Form. Go to http://derc.diabetes.ucsf.edu/EN/recharge_form/ to download and complete the Diabetes Recharge Authorization Form. The Diabetes_Recharge_Authorization_Form.pdf is writable, so please save it first to your hard drive.
